Some skirts include a walking slit. Walking slits can be anywhere on a skirt. There might just be one walking slit or there might be multiple. Walking slits make skirts easier to walk in and add to the look of the skirt.

Skirts come with buttons, zippers or elastic. Button skirts look great and may be button fly or have buttons all the way down the skirt. Zippers can be on the side, front or back. Elastic waist skirts do not have either buttons or zippers.

In cooler weather a long skirt of almost any material will keep you quite warm. Heat gets trapped in the top of the skirt and you stay warm. You add additional warm and a great look by wearing pantyhose or tights under your skirt.

In warm weather a short skirt is extremely comfortable and keeps you cool. The skirt is too short to hold much heat and puts no material between your legs. Short skirts look great and make you feel sexy.

Each closure style has its own advantages. Buttons or zippers in the front look like standard men's pants styles. Buttons or zippers on the side or in the back leave a clean look in the front. Elastic waist bands leave a clean look all the way around.

Pairing pantyhose, tights or stockings with skirts creates a great look. Skirts show off your legs and stockings make your legs look fantastic. Putting the two together is always a winning match.

A pair of heels also provides a great addition to the look. Men look great in heels and should feel free to wear heels with skirts. Heels make your exposed legs look longer and more shapely and isn't that what looking muscular is all about?
