Before pantyhose are put on they are very small. They stretch to fit the body that they are worn on. When they are taken off they are stretched out. This is the result of the stretch properties of nylon.

Purchasing higher compression pantyhose and tights will greatly reduce the slipping that can happen with pantyhose. As mentioned in the first article, shaved legs make a big difference in keeping pantyhose up. Higher compression pantyhose make slipping even less likely and energize legs.
