I have found that the Gillet Mach 3 works the best, and so does that motorized vibrating shaver they recently came out with (which uses the same blades).
You don't need the feminine shaving cream either, the gillet moisturising shave gel works great and does not dry out while shaving. Plus you don't go to work smelling like a girl either.
