I don't want to look or pretend to be female, I just would like to feel comfortable..... I'm overweight and trousers are one of life's problems at times!.... I like the feel of a towel/skirt/kilt.... But it's only really the Kilt that can be accepted in my life-style (and I'm pushing for this!)!....
I'm actually discussing with 'the Mother' about an alternative to the Kilt for 'about the house' use, so I don't wear the Kilt out while indoors!..... I'd like to go for a Denim at about knee length, or maybe longer..... But she would FREAK OUT!!!!.... It's a slow process, that is converting people's attitudes!
I feel, my Kilt wearing at some weekend outings, the odd stroll about the street, and several local Pubs has helped to push the acceptance of Kilts forward a little bit!......... But we have a long way to go!..... Other MUG's are still less accepted, but are becoming more and more common-place!
