Wearing heels in front of your children 04-08-2005 7:23 PM
My daughter has always known about my heels and a round the house she has no problem with it at all. The problem comes when wearing them in the presence of their friends.
My block heels used to be fine but now they're all older (18-19 age group). I'm more cautious and only wear some very "tame" heels in the environs of home.
I am in 2 minds whether it is better to reveal at an early age or not. A friend of mine's daughter didn't find out until she was 17 or so and so it came as an enormous shock but she tells me that she wouldn't have minded so much if she'd known earlier.
