I saw a program on one of the Discovery channels the other day about men that have a condition called gastroplastia or a similar word, I'm not sure about the word [correct term is gynecomastia]. It defines as large very womanly breasts on slim to large men. Some of them have them cut off but they grow back and some, seeing that in others just buy bras and live with it. Some even lactate. Mostly tho, they just use bras with front snaps for ease of removing unless they are slim and have no problem getting their hands so far up the back to unclip the bra in the rear. Just a thought.
