Well one of my favorite things to wear is spandex leggings, it is actually [what] started me on the fashion freedom for men thing. When they were more acceptable for men to wear, I tried my first pair.
Well on cold days these sometimes were not as warm as one would wish, unless I was active, so since I wore these as my main "pants" to my college, one day I decided to try regular sheer dance tights underneath. This worked well.
Then One halloween I decided to go as a hooker, with my lady friend as "my pimp" So for the first time I wore pantyhose in public (I had tried them on before as legging underwear before.) My costume consisted of a shiny black lycra mini-dress that stopped 9 inches above my knee, a wig, ankle side zipped boots, sheer to waist, jet black hose, strapless bra, and thats it. Since I wore my leggings either on their own, or with tights only, I wore the hose the same way. I have to say, aside from the bra and annoying wig, this outfit was VERY comfortable, and nice to wear. My ladyfriend quite liked how I looked in this dress, after the party we went to, and when I was just in the dress and hose.
Well, anyhow. I decided to go ahead and try and add skirts and hose to my odd wardrobe. So far I have had good reactions from my friends. I do not go "en fem" unless it is part of a costume.
My most liked brand and style are Leggs sheer energy, sheer to waist. I have worn comfilons, Leggs Silken Mist, WoMan, danskin tights.
When worn, these are my underwear, much more comfortable that way.
